MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Schaumburg, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and presented with tailored treatment options that align with their individual needs and preferences. Our program offers a variety of support services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! in-home messaging system that connects Veterans with clinicians. We also provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach to weight management, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those facing significant challenges.
