Paula Lynn Sabin is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, holding the LCSW credential. With over 30 years of experience, she serves adults aged 18 and up, specializing in challenges such as trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and difficult life transitions. Her expertise includes various therapy modalities, such as Imago therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Method, EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Paula is Level 2 Certified in EMDR and believes in equipping her clients with vital skills, particularly mindfulness and self-calming techniques, which prove effective for managing life's complexities. Outside of her professional life, she brings further depth to her practice as a married mother of two young adult sons.
