With a wealth of experience in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, as well as various forms of art and drama therapy, Kayla understands that one size does not fit all in therapy. She is committed to finding what modalities work best for each individual.
