Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Located in Schaumburg, IL, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of pregnant and postpartum women, infants, and children under five through vital nutrition education and support. As a Special Supplemental Nutrition Program funded by the USDA, WIC focuses on enhancing healthy eating habits for families by offering essential resources such as nutrition education, personalized counseling, breastfeeding support, vouchers for nutritious foods, and referrals to additional social and health services. Our mission is to empower families to thrive through informed dietary choices and comprehensive care, ensuring that every mom and child receives the support they need for a healthier future.
