Located in Saint Charles, IL, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and resources to low-income individuals living with dysphagia. Our mission is to ensure that those facing swallowing difficulties can access a comprehensive range of critical items including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. By addressing these urgent needs, we strive to improve quality of life and foster independence for those we serve, demonstrating our commitment to care and support in the community.
