Tailored for those who have finished their treatment within the last 24 months, our initiative also extends support to individuals at any stage of their survivorship. We focus on providing essential nutritional guidance, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and medical management support, all aimed at helping survivors thrive and navigate their new normal with confidence.
