MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Romeoville, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen each Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually, ensuring they are connected to the appropriate weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of care options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home support. Our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to track their progress independently, while we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those facing ongoing weight challenges.
