Green Harvest Food Pantry, located in Romeoville, IL, is dedicated to alleviating hunger insecurity by providing essential food assistance and personal hygiene items to working low-income families, the elderly, and individuals facing recent unemployment. Our mission is to empower our clients by offering approximately a week's worth of nutritionally balanced food each month for up to six months, helping them regain stability and hope during challenging times. In response to COVID-19, we are accommodating new clients on a bi-monthly basis and require appointments for all food distributions, emphasizing our commitment to health and safety. Each Tuesday and Thursday, clients can pick up pre-packaged bags filled with vital supplies, ensuring they have the resources needed to maintain their well-being. At Green Harvest Food Pantry, we believe in fostering a supportive community and providing tangible solutions to food insecurity.
