Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Peoria, IL, offers compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating their recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. We understand the challenges of this journey and provide a nurturing environment through our live, virtual drop-in group meals that occur four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions. Each meal support session is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are dedicated to guiding participants as they engage with nutrition in a supportive community. Our goal is to create a safe space for recovery where individuals can enjoy nourishing meals while receiving the encouragement they need. While we focus on meal support, please note that we are not a crisis intervention service; for urgent needs, we encourage reaching out to appropriate crisis support resources.
