Our Family Support team is committed to providing essential information and comprehensive support right from the moment of diagnosis, ensuring families are never alone in navigating this condition. We offer a range of services, including parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management support, and assistance with the application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
