Financial Assistance for Families Working in the Restaurant Industry

At CORE, we understand the unique challenges faced by families in the restaurant industry, especially during times of financial hardship caused by illness or medical emergencies. Based in Pekin, IL, our mission is to provide essential financial assistance to food and beverage service employees with children, helping them navigate through difficult times. Our support covers key expenses such as rent or mortgage, utilities, medical bills, child needs like diapers and formula, and even childcare costs. We believe that no family should have to choose between their health and their financial stability. CORE is dedicated to stepping in with compassion and urgency, ensuring that every family can access the resources they need to thrive. Former grant recipients can apply again after 12 months, and while support is capped at $7,500 per recipient, we are committed to helping each eligible family build a foundation for recovery and stability.
