Home Visiting Program

Located in Park Ridge, IL, the Home Visiting Program is dedicated to empowering families through comprehensive home-based services. Our dedicated home visitors meet weekly with enrolled children and their families to provide personalized support that fosters each child's development and strengthens parental involvement. We encourage community by hosting bi-monthly gatherings where parents and children can engage in learning and social activities together. Our program offers a range of services, including family child care in a nurturing environment, and a combination of home and center-based support. We also address critical areas such as nutrition, health, mental health, pregnancy care, and child development. For convenience, all home visits are conducted weekly via ZOOM, ensuring that families receive the support they need from the comfort of their homes.
