Located in Palatine, IL, Adult Health, an initiative of the Infant Welfare Society, is dedicated to providing quality adult healthcare in a nurturing, bilingual environment where families can feel comfortable and secure. Our mission is to empower individuals to take charge of their health through a range of services that include preventive care and annual exams tailored for both women and men. We emphasize health education, chronic disease management, and provide crucial resources such as work physicals, STI screenings, contraception, and comprehensive medical screenings. We focus on prevention, early detection, and effective management of chronic health conditions like obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. To ensure accessibility, IWS accepts Medicaid and offers a sliding scale fee for uninsured or underinsured patients with low-income, making critical health services available to all in need.
