MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Palatine, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management solutions that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options including supportive group sessions, accessible telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows Veterans to engage from the comfort of their homes. For those who thrive on technology, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides a user-friendly approach to managing weight independently. Additionally, we understand that persistent weight challenges may require more assistance, so we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have sought our services but need further support.
