Food Connection Program

Located in Palatine, IL, the Northwest Compass Food Connection Program is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals and families facing food insecurity. Our mission revolves around ensuring everyone has access to both perishable and non-perishable food items, helping to ease the burden on limited food budgets. In addition to delivering emergency food, we offer valuable resources, including information and benefits counseling to connect clients with programs like SNAP, and educational support on nutrition and budget-friendly grocery shopping. All of our services are provided at no cost to eligible clients, reflecting our commitment to fostering a healthier community where no one goes hungry.
