The Meal Support Program in Oswego, IL, is dedicated to fostering a compassionate environment for individuals over 16 who are navigating eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. We offer live, virtual drop-in group meals that create a nurturing space for participants to consume nutritious food together while receiving the support they need. Our meal support sessions occur four times daily, with flexibility for individuals to attend as their schedules allow. These sessions are guided by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are working towards their CNS certification. While we provide crucial meal support, please note that this program is not intended for crisis situations; for immediate help, we recommend reaching out to appropriate emergency services.
