OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program in Oswego, IL, is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial assistance and resources tailored specifically for their needs. Our program offers a financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to ease the burdens faced during treatment. We also provide psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling via phone to guide patients through their journey. We encourage healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of their patients, which are processed in the order received, subject to available funding.
