MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Orland Park, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management options that address their unique needs and preferences. We offer various pathways to support weight loss, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for convenient in-home messaging with clinicians. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after engaging with our program.
