Pediatrics and Adolescent Health is dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care for infants, children, and adolescents up to age 17 in Oak Park, IL. Our mission is to empower families through accessible, bilingual services delivered in a culturally sensitive environment. We offer essential services including well-child and sick care, immunizations, school and sports physicals, developmental screenings, and specialized care for children with unique needs. Our focus on prevention and management of chronic diseases ensures that every child receives the health education and nutrition counseling they deserve. In addition to care coordination and referrals for various therapies and social services, we provide vital adolescent support, including family planning services, pregnancy testing, and STI education and treatment, all at no cost for our patients where applicable. We accommodate those facing financial challenges by accepting Medicaid and providing a sliding scale fee for low-income individuals and families.
