Grace Alleman

Grace Alleman is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a certification as a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC). She believes in the importance of meeting individuals where they are in their current moment, never asking them to feel, look, or act like someone they are not. Grace's therapeutic approach is devoted to providing a caring space where clients can safely share their thoughts, free from judgment. She invites individuals to slow down and explore their core values, emotions, and life experiences, promoting a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships while recognizing patterns that contribute to stress and anxiety. Together, clients and Grace can embark on the journey of increasing self-awareness, practicing self-acceptance, and building practical skills to cope with life's challenges. Enjoying a holistic approach grounded in evidence-based practices, Grace works primarily with adults, addressing a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, life transitions, substance use, divorce, self-esteem building, intimacy difficulties, parenting, and women's issues. She warmly welcomes individuals from diverse ethnic, sexual orientation, and gender identification backgrounds.
