MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Oak Lawn, IL, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management solutions. Our mission is to assess and support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities, offering personalized strategies to combat obesity and promote healthy lifestyles. Participants can access an array of services tailored to their individual preferences, including group sessions, phone-based lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided management. For those who need further assistance, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring our initial programs.
