Financial Assistance Funds

Located in Oak Lawn, IL, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to providing essential support for children with special health care needs and their families. With a commitment to timely service, requests are reviewed in the order they are received, and recipients will be notified of approval within a minimum of 15 business days.
