Located in Northbrook, IL, the Hamdard Center for Health and Human Services is a dedicated non-profit community health center committed to enhancing the physical and emotional well-being of individuals and families. Our mission revolves around providing hope, help, and healing through culturally-sensitive and linguistically-appropriate services tailored to meet the needs of medically underserved populations. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we offer a wide spectrum of primary healthcare services, including General Primary Care and Family Medicine, OB-GYN, Health Education and Nutrition, Cardiology, Immunizations and School Physicals, Immigration Physicals, and Pediatrics. We prioritize high-quality, comprehensive healthcare that is accessible and community-directed, ensuring that our diverse, immigrant constituency receives the care they deserve. Patients are encouraged to complete our Patient Registration form prior to their visit to streamline their experience.
