Mary Remon

Mary Remon is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, holding credentials as an LCPC, LMHC, CEAP, and CPC. With a degree from Smith College School for Social Work, she has been guiding adults through challenges such as depression, anxiety, and life transitions since graduating in 2003. At Here & Now, Mary and her team aim to help each client uncover the joy of feeling comfortable in their skin and discovering their life’s purpose. They thoughtfully and compassionately tailor wellness solutions to resonate with each individual's unique needs. Whether through individual, couples, or family counseling, evidence-based therapy is embedded into every session of her eclectic, attachment-based, psychodynamic, interpersonal, and relational therapeutic approach. Additionally, Mary provides trusted resources for clients confronting substance abuse issues, including opioids and alcohol. Over her 25-year career, she has empowered thousands of first responders, physicians, and leaders to lead happier, more fulfilling lives. Recognizing that individuals flourish in a welcoming and understanding environment, Mary has cultivated a relaxed, judgment-free, and unconditionally supportive space for her clients.
