Mallory Rose

Mallory Rose is a dedicated and passionate Marriage & Family Therapist, LMFT, who believes that meaningful change arises from the relationships and connections fostered in therapy. She creates a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their relationships with themselves and others. As an actively-engaged therapist, Mallory values collaboration with her clients on their journeys. With a degree in Marriage and Family therapy from Northwestern University, she recognizes that people's experiences are profoundly shaped by their connections with others. Mallory specializes in addressing anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges within the family dynamic, as well as supporting individuals during the transition to parenthood. She is committed to assisting families, couples, and individuals in navigating this significant life change while ensuring couples stay connected through it. Additionally, she focuses on helping adolescent girls and their families develop self-esteem and social skills. Mallory is truly passionate about relationships, and she considers it a privilege to be an integral part of her clients' journeys toward personal and familial growth.
