MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Northbrook, IL is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and given access to tailored treatment options that meet their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, the TeleMOVE! program for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-management. For Veterans facing ongoing weight challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. To join the MOVE! program, simply reach out to your local MOVE!
