The Meal Support Program in Normal, IL, offers free and accessible nutrition support specifically designed for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating outpatient care for eating disorders. This innovative program provides a welcoming environment for participants to join live, facilitated virtual meal sessions, which occur four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options. Each session is led by caring nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working toward their Certified Nutrition Specialist credentials. Our goal is to create a supportive community where individuals can nourish themselves and connect with others on their recovery journey. While we focus on offering meal support and fostering connection, please note that we are not a crisis intervention service; for urgent needs, reach out to the appropriate emergency resources.
