Our dedicated Family Support team is committed to providing reliable information and compassionate assistance from the moment of diagnosis. We offer a range of essential services including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support tailored to each family's unique needs. Additionally, we guide families through the often complex processes of applying for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
