Disaster Relief Program

The Disaster Relief Program, part of the American Kidney Fund, is dedicated to supporting kidney patients in Normal, IL, and surrounding areas affected by catastrophic events like floods, hurricanes, and tornadoes. This essential program offers critical financial disaster relief and grants to help patients recover and regain stability in the aftermath of natural disasters. Assistance includes replacing lost medications, providing special renal diet foods, covering temporary housing costs, offering transportation to treatment, and replacing clothing and other personal essentials lost during such challenging times. Our mission is to ensure that kidney patients have access to the support they need when they need it most.
