Located in Niles, Illinois, the American Indian Health Service of Chicago (AIHSC) is committed to providing quality primary healthcare and mental health services to the American Indian community and other underserved populations. As the only Urban Indian Health Program in Illinois, we strive to deliver culturally sensitive care tailored to the complex needs of our patients. Our integrated model combines primary care with behavioral health, ensuring comprehensive support for individuals of all ages. Services include chronic disease management, women's health services, cancer screenings, vaccinations, and mental health assessments. We also offer specialized care for infants and children, including well-child exams and immunizations. AIHSC accepts most insurance plans and provides a sliding scale payment option for those without insurance, making healthcare accessible for everyone in our community.
