MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Niles, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that each Veteran accessing care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected to tailored weight management solutions. We offer a variety of supportive options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home support and clinician interaction. For those who prefer an independent approach to weight loss, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
