Short-term Rehabilitation

Located in New Lenox, IL, our Short-term Rehabilitation program is dedicated to delivering compassionate rehabilitative and nursing care tailored to individuals facing mobility challenges. We focus on helping our residents regain their independence through a wide array of services, including skilled nursing care, physical, speech, and occupational therapy. Our comprehensive care also encompasses pain management, rehabilitation for stroke and brain injuries, diabetes education, nutritional support, and wound care.
