Senior Outreach is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of adults aged 60 and over in New Lenox, IL, and surrounding areas, including the Village of McFarland, Town of Dunn, Town of Pleasant Springs, Village of Cambridge, Village of Rockdale, and Town of Christiana. Our mission is to provide essential services that promote independence and quality of life for our seniors. We offer comprehensive case management, nutritional services to ensure that seniors receive proper nourishment, a loan closet for necessary medical equipment, convenient transportation services, specialized foot care, and Medicare options counseling to help navigate healthcare choices. We invite seniors and their families to reach out to learn more about eligibility for these vital services and support in their local community.
