OvarCare Patient Assistance Program in New Lenox, IL is dedicated to supporting women in their courageous fight against ovarian cancer. Our program offers a financial grant of $200, a $100 gas card to help with transportation, and a $100 grocery card for immediate food assistance. In addition, we facilitate psycho-social counseling sessions by licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling via phone with licensed genetic counselors to address emotional and informational needs.
