MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in New Lenox, IL, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity, connecting them with tailored weight management solutions that fit their unique needs. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home messaging and support. Veterans seeking to take charge of their health can also use the MOVE! Coach mobile app or explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if they face persistent challenges.
