Located in Naperville, IL, our Short-term Rehabilitation program is dedicated to providing compassionate rehabilitative and nursing care for individuals facing mobility challenges. Our mission is to empower residents to regain their independence through a range of tailored services, including skilled nursing, physical, speech, and occupational therapy. We focus on pain management, stroke and brain injury rehabilitation, as well as diabetes education and management to support holistic recovery. Additionally, our expertise includes intravenous and nutritional therapy, alongside specialized wound care, ensuring that every resident receives comprehensive support on their path to improved mobility.
