MOVE! Weight Management Program

The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Naperville, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities are screened for obesity annually and are given access to tailored weight management options that align with their individual needs and preferences. MOVE! offers a variety of supportive services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app, empowering Veterans to take charge of their weight on their own terms. For those who may need additional assistance, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
