Susan Pauna

Susan Pauna, LCPC, is a compassionate and skilled therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of life. Many who come to her may feel overwhelmed by challenges such as anxiety, depression, or PTSD. Susan encourages her clients to explore what positive changes they wish to see in their lives and how those transformations might feel. Recognizing that life can often feel cumbersome, she emphasizes the importance of counseling as a tool for discovering long-standing patterns that may inhibit a fulfilling experience. Whether clients seek extra support through difficult moments or are ready to embark on a new direction in life, Susan is committed to guiding them through the process. She employs experiential therapies, notably EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, to address traumatic memories and help facilitate healing through the nervous system. Susan believes that every individual has the potential to flourish and reach self-actualization when provided with a nurturing environment. It brings her joy to accompany others on their journeys of growth and healing, and she eagerly anticipates meeting them to assist in achieving their personal goals.
