Selma Schimmel Vital Grant

The Selma Schimmel Vital Grant is dedicated to providing essential support to individuals in Mundelein, IL who are grappling with financial hardships resulting from the diagnosis of chronic, terminal, or rare conditions such as cancer, Parkinson’s disease, and Huntington’s disease. Our mission is to alleviate the burden of everyday expenses by offering assistance with utilities and grocery needs, ensuring that those affected can focus on their health and well-being during challenging times. While the grant covers either utility or grocery assistance, we also collaborate with local organizations to connect recipients with additional resources that may be available to them.
