OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

Located in Mundelein, IL, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing vital financial assistance and emotional support. We understand the challenges that come with this diagnosis, which is why we offer a specially designed financial assistance package that includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card. In addition to these essential resources, we provide psycho-social counseling sessions with a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling sessions via phone to help navigate the complexities of treatment and care. We invite healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of their patients, ensuring that assistance is tailored and responsive to those in need. Grant approvals depend on available funding, and we process applications in the order they are received, ensuring timely support for those we serve.
