Based in Mundelein, IL, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to supporting individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families throughout the unique challenges they face. Our Family Support team is committed to providing accurate information and comprehensive assistance right from the moment of diagnosis. We offer a range of vital services, including in-depth nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management strategies, and personalized parent mentoring. Additionally, we guide families through the often complex application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
