MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Mount Prospect, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity, providing personalized referrals to a variety of weight management services tailored to individual needs and preferences. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, as well as medical interventions like weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
