Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Located in Mount Prospect, IL, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of pregnant and postpartum women, as well as infants and children under five. As a Special Supplemental Nutrition Program funded by the USDA, WIC offers vital services including nutrition education, individualized counseling, and essential breastfeeding support. Participants benefit from vouchers for nutritious foods that enhance their dietary needs, along with valuable referrals to additional social and health services.
