Located in Moline, IL, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and specialized resources. We focus on delivering critical items such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment to those in need, ensuring that low-income individuals have access to the support they require for safe eating and swallowing.
