We specialize in chronic disease management for conditions such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, while also offering work physicals, STI screenings, contraception, and thorough medical screenings. Additionally, we facilitate essential referrals for specialized services, ensuring our patients receive the care they need. We are proud to accept Medicaid and provide a sliding scale fee for eligible uninsured or underinsured patients, affirming our commitment to accessible healthcare for all.
