Patient Aid Program

Based in Lombard, IL, the Patient Aid Program is dedicated to supporting individuals facing challenging times by offering a one-time stipend of $100 to assist with essential non-medical expenses such as transportation, food, housing, and utilities. Our mission is to provide timely emergency assistance to help alleviate the financial burdens associated with medical treatment, ensuring that our beneficiaries can focus on their health and recovery.
