Healthy Families

Healthy Families, located in Lombard, IL, is a nationally accredited program dedicated to supporting young parents aged 12 to 19 through evidence-based home visiting services tailored to meet their unique needs. Our compassionate home visitors engage directly in the family's environment, delivering personalized support and education on essential topics such as nurturing infants, child development, nutrition, and balancing education and employment. We also facilitate connections to valuable community resources to assist with broader needs. Our services, which are offered free of charge throughout DuPage County, begin prenatally or shortly after the birth of a child and continue until the child turns five, fostering a solid foundation for young families in our community.
