Located in Lockport, IL, our Short-term Rehabilitation program is dedicated to providing exceptional rehabilitative and nursing care to individuals facing mobility challenges. Our comprehensive services include skilled nursing, medical care, and specialized therapies such as physical, speech, and occupational therapy. In addition, we offer essential services like pain management, stroke and brain injury rehabilitation, diabetes education, intravenous nutritional therapy, and wound care.
