With nearly a decade of experience, she has developed a wealth of expertise through her work in higher levels of care, focusing on disordered eating, mood and anxiety disorders, and substance abuse issues. Her specialized training equips her to address harmful patterns that frequently arise within family environments, often fueled by shame and perpetuating cycles of maladaptive behaviors. Leigh fervently advocates for dismantling diet culture and addressing fatphobia and weight stigma, rooted in her commitment to the principles of Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating.
