Kristin Hall Sliwicki

Kristin Hall Sliwicki is a dedicated counselor, holding credentials as a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) and a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with an MSMFT degree. Relationship counseling is the heart of her practice, where she works with individuals and couples seeking to create or rediscover the positive power of emotionally connected relationships. Kristin supports couples at all life stages, from pre-marital preparation to navigating the complexities of empty nesting. Together, they identify and understand their individual and relational issues, finding effective solutions to the challenges they face. Her work focuses on helping clients understand their relational dynamics and equipping them with new relational skills to reduce reactivity, enhance emotional connections, and improve communication and conflict resolution abilities. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, Kristin approaches therapy within the context of relationships, helping clients identify their strengths and resources for effective problem resolution. She is skilled in assisting couples in crisis, including those dealing with betrayals, infidelity, or contemplating divorce, while keeping relational needs at the forefront. Kristin is honored to be listed in The National Registry of Marriage Friendly Therapists, and she is an esteemed alumnae and former Affiliate Therapist of the internationally recognized Family Institute at Northwestern University. Furthermore, she is a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT).
